How do I get a notification when the note is added to the Insurance Tracker?

Notes

News Feed and Email Feed can be generated for notes added, deleted, and modified within the Contacts App by enabling the checkboxes.

Steps to Configure Notes

  • Login and access the Insurance Tracker from the universal menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select the Notifications.

  • On the Notification page, click on the Notes. You can set the notification for whenever the Notes are Added and Modified.
  • By Default, the News Feed notification will be Enabled and the Email Feed will be Disabled.

  • Enable the Toggle for Email Feed for Notes Added and Modified.
  • All your changes will be automatically saved.

  • Now, go to Insurance and add the notes. Once the Note is added, you will get the notification in the News Feed as well as the Email notification.

  • You can view the News Feed under the News Feed tab.
