The Receiving App of Apptivo allows you to log calls with the information available on the material receipt’s overview page. You can map the values present in the different fields of the Material Receipts with the fields present in the call logs.
Note: This feature is available in the Ultimate and Enterprise plans of Apptivo.
Steps to map the attributes
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Receiving App. In the Receiving App, select Settings from the App Header.
- In the Settings page, go to Collaboration. On the Collaboration page, go to Call Logs.
- Now, enable Map and set your own pre-defined values while creating Call Logs toggle and select Mapping.
- You will be redirected to Receiving → Call Logs Mapping Fields. Map the required fields. Here, the Transaction #, Memo, and To Warehouse fields are mapped with the Call Subject, Call Summary, and Type fields of the call log.
- Now, go to the overview page of a material receipt.
- Switch to the Call Logs tab and select Create.
- The fields in the Log Call window will have the values as per the configuration.
