Why am I unable to customize the universal navigation menu bar in my Apptivo account?

The Customize Home present in the Business Settings page of the Apptivo account allows the admin to determine whether users can customize their menu bar according to their business purpose.

Steps to enable customization

• Log in to your account. Click on the User Menu from the top right corner and select Business Settings.

• In the Business Settings page, select Customize Home from the left navigation panel.
• By default, Enforce these settings for all users toggle is enabled. Hence, the configuration chosen by the admin will be applied to all the users in the business.
• When other users try changing from the Preferences page, the changes will not reflect in the Universal Navigation Menu bar as this toggle is enabled by the admin.

• To allow other employees to change the menu bar according to their preference, disable the Enforce these settings for all users toggle.
