How to view customers that require follow up?

The Customers App of Apptivo allows you to create follow ups for the customer records. Based on the records that have follow ups, the records can be easily filtered using the left navigation panel.
Steps to view by follow ups
- Log into your Apptivo account and go to the Customers App. On the home page, select To Follow Up from the left navigation panel.
- The list of customers who have follow ups added to their records will be listed. Here, you can view based on your follow ups, your employees follow ups, and your team follow ups.
- Select the More Details icon of a customer to redirect to its overview page.
