How to mark a customer as unresponded?

The Customers App of Apptivo has the provision to mark a customer as unresponded when the customer has not responded to the emails. Let’s go through the steps to mark a customer as unresponded.

Steps to mark a customer as unresponded

  • Log into your Apptivo account and go to the Customers App. Go to the overview page of a customer record.

  • Switch to the Emails tab. Here, click the Compose button to send an email to the customer.

  • On clicking send, an email is sent to the customer.

  • Go to the overview page of the record. The Mark as Unresponded button will appear.
Unresponded Button

  • Click on it to mark the customer as unresponded. The button changes as to Mark as Responded.
