The App Builder of Apptivo allows you to highlight the records in the Custom applications created in Apptivo based on certain criteria. This highlighting feature can be customized from the Settings page of the Custom app.
Steps to configure highlighting
- Go to any custom apps from the App Builder of Apptivo. Select Settings from the app header.
- Go to Items → Highlighting from the left navigation panel of the Settings page. The Highlighting page will come into view.
- Here, you can view the list of highlighting created in your account. You can select create to create a new highlighting.
- In the Create Highlighting page, add a name, description. and priority score of the highlight.
- Also, select the background color and text color for the highlighting.
- Set the criteria in the Criteria section. Here, the criteria are set to highlight the tickets when the tag is Online Service.
- Select create to create a new highlighting.
- When you navigate to any view in the app, the records marked with the tag as Online Service are highlighted.
