Apptivo provides the standard plans to use the upgraded features of Apptivo at any time to enable the add-on features that are not available on the trial plan. Here, you can go through the steps to downgrade your account from plan Lite to Starter.
Steps to Follow
- Log into your Apptivo account and select the User Menu. Here, click the Manage Your Account option.
- You will be navigated to the Manage Your Account page. The current plan is Lite. To downgrade the plan, select Change Plan → Starter.
- You will be redirected to the Plan details page with the Downgrade option.
- Click on the Downgrade button.
- By clicking on the downgrade button, your account will be downgraded to the Starter plan.
- You will receive a confirmation message once the plan is downgraded.
- This information will be updated in the Billing History tab.
- When you navigate to the Account Management History, you can see the transaction event is marked as Downgrade.
