How to downgrade your Apptivo account from Ultimate to Lite?

Apptivo allows you to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as per your preferences. Click here to know the latest pricing plan from Apptivo.

Here, you can go through the steps to downgrade your account from plan Ultimate to Lite.

Steps to Downgrade

  • Log into your Apptivo account and select the User Menu. Here, click the Manage Your Account option.

  • You will be navigated to the Manage Your Account page. The current plan is Ultimate. To downgrade the plan, select Change Plan → Lite.

  • You will be redirected to the Plan details page with the Pay Now option.
  • Click on the Pay Now button.

  • Enter your card details and click on the Make Payment button.
Card Details

  • You will be getting the payment confirmation details with the plan details.
Confirmation

  • Then, you will receive a confirmation message once the plan is downgraded.
Account Downgraded

  • This information will be updated in the Billing History tab.
Billing History

  • When you navigate to the Account Management History, you can see the transaction event is marked as Downgrade.
