The Master Layout available in Apptivo enables businesses to effortlessly configure the fields displayed on the Overview page. Here, you can also add new fields or delete the existing fields. To delete a field permanently from the Master Layout, you can make use of the Hierarchical View.
Let’s go through the steps to delete fields permanently in the Projects app.
Steps to delete fields permanently
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Projects app. Here, select Settings from the App Header.
- On the Settings page, go to Customize App → Master Layout. Currently, the layout is in Tablet View.
- Switch to the Hierarchical View. Switch to the Hierarchical View. Go to the field that has to be deleted. Here, Priority. Select the Delete icon.
- You will receive a confirmation message stating that the field can be restored only by resetting the layout. Confirm the action to proceed.
- The field will be deleted. Similarly, you can delete other fields and save the changes.
