What is the purpose of the Existing Customer toggle in the Customers app of Apptivo?

The Customers app of Apptivo allows you to label a particular customer as an existing customer on enabling the toggle.

Steps to configure the Existing Customer toggle

  • Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Customers app. Here, select Settings → Customize App → Master Layout → Customers.

  • Scroll down to the Additional Information section, there is a toggle field called Existing Customer.

  • To customize the Existing Customer toggle, click on it. The Inspector tab comes into view in the right panel. Here, you can carry out the necessary customizations.

  • Now, navigate to the overview page of a customer and scroll down to the Additional Information section. Here, the Existing Customer toggle is listed. Enable the toggle to document the customer as an existing customer.
