How do I associate customers to the Items in Apptivo?

Items App of Apptivo enables businesses to add customers to a specific item. Hence, you can easily retrieve information on the customers who are interested in an item.

Steps to Associate Customers

  • Login and access the Items App from the Universal Navigation menu bar. On the overview page of an item, click the Customers tab.

  • Once navigated to the Customers tab, select the Add button to add new customers.

  • The Add Customer popup will come into view. Click the search icon in the Customer Name field. Then, select a customer from the Search and Select popup.
  • Once the customer is selected, provide information about Customer Item # and Customer Item Description.

  • Click on the "Add" button. Hence, the customer is added to the Customers tab.
