How to create or edit the connection status in call log activities?

Connection Status in Call Logs helps you to record the status of the call type while logging a call. You can also allow to create and edit the connection status as per your preferences.
Steps to Create
- Login to your Apptivo account and click on the Call log activity on the Home page.
- From the Call Log page, click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Connection Statuses under the General dropdown.
- Click on the Create button on the Connection Statuses page.
- Enter the name and click on the create button on the Create Connection Status pop up.
- The new connection status will get created.
- You can edit and disable the connection status by using the icons under the Actions.
- Now, go to the create call log page.
- You can view the newly created status under the connection status dropdown.
