Email sequences are automated, using which you can send a series of targeted, timely emails to nurture a prospect over time. It allows you to automate the work orders based on the assignee’s work shift hours. Additionally, you can set the Start Frequency for the emails to be triggered.

Steps to follow
- Login and access the Opportunities app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Email and select Email Sequences.
- You can create a new sequence or edit the existing one.
- In the Edit Email Sequence page, you can view the Start Frequency radio button.
- Specify the time to start the Email Sequence either Immediately or Later In(in terms of hours).
- By selecting the Later In option, you can specify the timeline to start the email sequence in hours.
- Enable the “Send emails during assignee work shift hours only” toggle to trigger the email sequence based on the assigned employees’ shift hours.
- For example, if the assigned employees’ work shifts start in the middle of the day i.e noon shift starts at 2 PM, then the email sequence will be triggered only based on that. Here, the start frequency is set to start after 2 hours and enabled to Send emails during assignee work shift hours, then the email sequence will be around 4 pm as per the configuration.
- Click on the Update button to save the changes.
