Apptivo’s Orders app allows customizing the Edit options based on the Order Statuses. You can enable to allow changes from the Apptivo’s Web version and the action would be applied to the Orders app on the iOS application.  Lets’ go through the steps to provide edit accesses based on the Order statuses.

Steps to Follow

  • Login and access the Orders app from the universal menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.

  • From the Settings page, click on the Orders and select the Statues.
  • Here, enable the Allow Changes for Scheduled and Closed Statuses and disable for other statuses.
  • With that, the enabled ordered statuses can be allowed to edit from the iOS application and the other status order can’t be edited.
