How to create an employee email-wise Report?

Apptivo Emails App offers a simple way to generate a report from the emails sent by a customer. In the report dashboard, you will find a field named "Received Email ID". With the employee authenticated email ID, you can get the email wise report of the employee email conversation along with the email closure’s name.

Let's go through the following steps to understand the concept better.

Steps to Generate Report

  • Log in and access the Emails app from your Universal Navigation menu bar.
  • Click on the “Reports” icon located at the app header bar.

  • Select "Case Metrics For Receivers" Drop down and then click on “Email Messages” from the left navigation panel.
Reports

  • Provide the following information:
    • Receiving Email ID – Email address (authenticated email address) from which the cases are created, will be displayed in ascending order.
    • Start Date – Start date.
    • End Date – End date.
    • From Address - Select the “from Email” address of the case.
    • Case Closed By - Search and select the employee to take the report based on the case closed by.
  • Click on the "View Report" button to view case reports in the dashboard.
View Report

  • You can view the detailed report based on the Case Closed By source.
  • You can also export the report as a CSV file by using the Export button if needed.
