How to set up visibility condition for the fields in the Tasks module?

In the Apptivo Tasks module, it’s possible to enable the visibility of a specific field. Let’s go through the steps to set visibility conditions.

Steps to Set Visibility condition

• Log in and access the Tasks module.

• From the Settings page, click on Customize App → Master Layout from the left navigation panel.
• Click on a field to set visibility conditions. Here, select the Description field.
• On the right-hand side, you can see the Inspector column, in which you can find the field properties.
• To set visibility, enable the Visible toggle to On.

• Click the Set Criteria button.

• Here, the condition is that the Description field is set to be visible when the task’s Priority is equal to Medium.
• Click on the Ok button.

• Click on the Save button to save the changes.

• When we set Priority as Low on the Create Task page, the Description field will not be visible.

• Once you enter the Priority as Medium, you can view the Description field.
