How to register Apptivo in the e-Way bill in IRP?

The IRP is the e-invoicing portal where you have to submit your invoice details. Based on your submission, the IRP will issue a unique Invoice Record Number (IRN). To begin e-Invoicing in Apptivo, you have to connect Apptivo to the IRP portal to quickly submit your invoices to the portal.

Note: In the Invoice Registration Portal, you can integrate Apptivo with GST Suvidha provider “Tera Software Limited”.

Generate e-Way Bills through IRP

To connect Apptivo with the e-Way Bill portal, you need to generate a username and password by registering Tera Software Limited (Apptivo) as the GST Suvidha Provider in the IRP.

• Log in to the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP).
• Click on the Registration and select Portal Login.
• Register your firm with GSTIN on the e-Invoice Registration Form.
• Then, click on the API Registration from the menu.
• Select the “Create API User” under “User Credentials”.
• Choose the “Through GSP” option on the API interference.
• Select Tera Software Limited in the GSP dropdown and enter a Username and Password.
• Re-enter the password and click on the Submit to complete.
