Apptivo’s Opportunities app helps in creating and managing all your potential opportunities in a single place. It allows you to track the opportunities based on their territories. It also enables you to add multiple territories for a single opportunity based on your business preferences.
Steps to Enable
- Login and access the Opportunities app from the universal menu.
- Click on the more(...) icon and select Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Territories under the Opportunities dropdown.
- From the Territories page, enable the “Allow multiple territories” toggle to add multiple territories while creating an opportunity.
- The changes will be auto-saved.
- Now, go to the create opportunity page, you can view the territories field is changed to add icon.
- By clicking on the add icon (+), you can associate the multiple territories for an opportunity.
