Apptivo allows its users to perform search operations across its applications. You can perform both simple and advanced searches. Advanced search enables you to carry out field-based searches and locate the required records easily.
Let’s go through the steps to do an advanced search in Apptivo’s Android application.
Steps to do an advanced search
- Log into your Apptivo’s mobile application and select the app in which you want to perform an advanced search. Here, we have selected the Estimates app.
- You will be redirected to the home page of the Estimates app. Here, select the More icon from the top right corner.
- The Advanced Search option will appear. Click on it.
- On the Advanced Search page, you will have the provision to search for estimates based on the values in the selected fields. You can add the necessary values and click the search button.
- Here, we are locating the estimates whose PDF template is Default.
- On clicking the Search button, the search results will display only the estimates whose PDF Template is Default.
