The Mobile app of Apptivo is available in Android, Windows, and iOS versions. All these versions support the Advanced Search feature using which you can perform field-based searches.
In this post, we’ll walk you through the steps to do an advanced search in the Android version of Apptivo’s mobile app.
Steps to do an advanced search
- Log into your Apptivo mobile app and go to the application where you want to perform an advanced search. Here, Cases app.
- You will be redirected to the Cases app.
- Here, select the Advanced Search option from the top-right corner.
- The Advanced Search page will come into view. Here, you can search cases based on the values in a particular field or more than one field at a time.
- We are performing an advanced search to display the cases that are in the Assigned search.
- On clicking the Search icon, the cases that are in the Assigned status will be listed.
