The Customer Payments app of Apptivo enables you to record all the payments that are received from the customers. Here, you can record the payments in different payment methods. Let’s go through the steps to edit a payment method in the Customer Payments app.
Steps to edit a payment method
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Customer Payments app. Here, select More → Settings from the App Header.
- On the Settings page, go to Payments → Payment Methods from the left navigation panel.
- Select the Edit button of the Payment Method that you would like to edit.
- The Edit Payment Method window comes into view. Here, you can edit the name, description, and logo for the payment method.
- On selecting Update, the changes will reflect.
