How to set the Default Country in the Country field of the Address Section?

The master Layout is one of the most common features of all the apps of Apptivo. The Master layout of Apptivo allows you to customize the layout. You can add attributes and values as per your business needs. Now in the address section, you can set the default country in the country field, so that you don’t have to worry about changing the country every time.

Steps to configure the default country:

  • Log in and access the Customers app from the universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on More(...) icon and select Settings.

  • On the Settings page, go to Customize App → Master Layout → Customers.

  • Here, scroll down to the Address section and click on the Country field.

  • By clicking on the Country field, you will be redirected to the Inspector tab.
  • Here, click on the Country dropdown and select the country as per your preferences, which is under the Standard Behavior.
  • Here, I am selecting the United States as the default country.

  • Click on the Save button to save the changes.

  • Now go to the home page and create a new customer. Scroll down to the address section, here you will see the default country.
