The Print/Web Layout feature of Apptivo allows you to prepare your own template for the estimates. By using this feature in the Estimates app you can choose the estimate template to print/download. You can also enable or disable the PDF template dropdown by using the Master Layout.
Steps to Enable/ Disable the PDF Template attribute:
- Log in and access the Estimates App from the universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings from the app header.
- the settings page, go to Customize App → Master layout.
- Here, you can disable the PDF Template in two ways:
Web/Tablet View
- On the Master Layout page, scroll down to the PDF Template attribute in the Estimate Details section.
- Click on the PDF template, you’ll be redirected to the Inspector tab on your right side.
- Here, Slide the Visible toggle OFF under the Visibility section as shown below and click on the Save button to save the changes.
- Now the PDF template attribute will not be visible on the overview/creation page.
Hierarchical View
- Click on the Hierarchical view, scroll down to PDF Template in the Estimate Details section and disable the toggle and Save the changes.
- Now the PDF template attribute will not be visible on the overview/creation page.
- In the same way, you can enable/disable the pdf template as per your business requirements.
