- Develop a strategic relationship with customers and understand their business pain-points to provide a solution that fits their needs.
- Articulate Apptivo’s value proposition and demonstrate product capabilities effectively.
- Quickly learn and scope customers’ requirements to build an accurate solution design.
- Always be a Go-Getter and provide timely responses to customers queries via phone and email.
- Drive a single point of contact relationship with customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Services and Support teams.
- Effectively use Apptivo software and log all the day-to-day activities.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in SaaS/B2B Software Sales.
- Solid experience in customer handling through an end-to-end sales process.
- A strong negotiator and an effective decision maker with excellent communication skill.
- Ability to work as a team with a professional attitude to achieve the target in assigned territory.
- Experience in working with international clients is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, MBA is preferred.
