- Name – Name of the customer name.
 - Customer# – This is an auto-generated number or manually created number to identify the customer.
 - Category – It denotes the category of your customer(company).
 - Description – A short note about the company or customer.
 - Tags – It is a label to group the customer. Each customer can have more than one tag.
 - Phone – Contact number of the customer, there are more than one type.
 - Email – Business email address, there are more than one type.
 - Skype – Skype contact name of the company.
 - Address type – This specifies the company address type like shipping, billing and communicating.
 - Address Type – Address type of the customer. You can select type of the address with click of”Drop Down” box.
 - Address Line 1 – Primary address of the customer. You are allowed enter in your own language in “Address Line1”
 - Address Line 2 – Secondary address of the customer. You are allowed enter in your own language in “Address Line2”
 - City – City name of the customer. You can enter your own city name in “City” text field.
 - Country – Country of the customer. You can select country from drop down list.
 - State – State of the customer. You can select state from drop down list
 - Zip Code – Zip code of the customer. You can enter postal code in “Zip code” field.
 - Delivery instructions – A short note from customer based on the shipping address.
 - Parent customer – Parent company name for the customer(company).
 - # of employees – Number of employees(contacts) found in company(customer).
 - Website – Customer’s website.
 - Ticker symbol – Ticker symbol for the company
 - Annual Revenue – Revenue for the company.
 - Campaign – Name of the Campaign, search and select the existing campaign.
 - Credit Rating – A financial entity.
 - Market – This field is to specify a group of potential customers.
 - Segment – The segment is the part of market.
 - Payment Term – This is the term which defines about the customer payment, it can be Immediate, Net 30, Net 15, Net 45 etc.
 - Ownership – This is the field to enter the owner who is legally authorised, this is for the case if the the company is owned by multiple individuals.
 - SLA – Service level agreement, this will function at time of the cases.
 - Existing Customer – If the customer record is existing in this account, turn it ON.
 - Affiliate – If the customer record is affiliate, turn it ON.
 - Facebook – Facebook url of the customer. You are allowed to enter the facebook email address in the “Facebook” field.
 - Twitter – Twitter url of the customer. You are allowed to enter Url in the “Twitter” field.
 - Linkedin – Linkedin url of the customer. You are allowed to enter Url in the “Linkedin” field.
