Just Sign Up to Apptivo and let our team do the rest! We will set up your account while you look after your business. Our team will design, configure, and deploy your complete Apptivo solution from end to end.
Our Service Engineers will work side by side with your team to offer the optimal solution using Apptivo’s apps, migrate your legacy data, as well as integrate any other systems or services you require. This will include the configuration of all fields, workflows, and reports inside of the system. Implementation is only the beginning. Once your account is set to go live, our team will provide complete training to all the users as per your requirements.
Transferring data from one platform to another is often time-consuming. Our Service Engineers will get your job done without any hassle. Our Service Engineers have been trained to migrate the data from any platform to Apptivo making your migration smooth. Additionally, we will also assist in the configuration of the core CRM apps: Employees, Contacts, Customers, Leads, and Opportunities.
Once the migration is complete, our team will provide an initial 1-hour online training session to help your team get started, followed by another 1-hour training session about a week after you start using the system.
We offer a-la-carte training services. You can request an extra hour(s) training/configuration sessions to your setup services or onboard new team member.
An Apptivo representative will travel on-site to your office, and work with your team to configure, optimize, and train your team. This workshop service differs from a classic training program. During this workshop, the Apptivo representative will be ready and willing to configure fields, import data, work with users to optimize workflows, or just train users on the basics of the system.
The more you send, the less it costs. If you send periodic newsletters or other scheduled campaigns, monthly pricing gives you a better value for your money.
