Quick Start Setup

An informal package of two 90-minute sessions spent with an Apptivo expert. The goal of this session is to work with you and configure the account, while training you how to modify the system for yourself moving forward.

Our services team will work with you to identify your high-level CRM process, configure your account, import existing data, and provide essential training for your organization.

This service is designed to help existing Salesforce customers migrate over to Apptivo. We will assist in the migration and configuration of the core CRM apps: Employees, Contacts, Customers, Leads, and Opportunities.

Once the configuration completed, our team will provide an initial 1-hour training online session to help your team get started, followed by another 1-hour training follow up session about a week after you start using the system.

We offer a-la-carte training services. You can request an extra hour(s) training/configuration sessions to your setup services or onboard new team member.

An Apptivo representative will travel on-site to your office, and work with your team to configure, optimize, and train your team. This workshop service differs from a classic training program. During this workshop, the Apptivo representative will be ready and willing to configure fields, import data, work with users to optimize workflows, or just train users on the basics of the system.

Custom Implementation

The Apptivo services team will help design, configure, and deploy your complete Apptivo solution from end to end. We will work with your team to identify the optimal solution using Apptivo’s Apps, as well as integrate any other systems or services you require. This will include the configuration of all fields, workflow, and reports inside of the system.

The more you send, the less it costs. If you send periodic newsletters or other scheduled campaigns, monthly pricing gives you a better value for your money.

Just the right plan if you do send emails very frequently and have known number of monthly campaigns or newsletter. Yearly pricing gives you the best value for your money.

If you run campaigns periodically throughout a year, but know that you stand to spend a lot, Pay-as-you-go pricing lets you run campaigns at your own pace without worrying about losing emails that you've paid for. Purchased email never expired.

How does the 30-days free trial work?

When you sign up, you instantly get full access to our system. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

Do I need to sign up for the yearly plan to receive services?

No, any customer can request services. Although if you are interested in signing up for the yearly plan, ask us about our current promotions!

Am I going to be charged if I cancel?

No, there is no cancellation fee for the monthly plans. You can downgrade to the Starter plan or cancel anytime. We will not refund you if you cancel an annual plan.

How does payment work?

All Apptivo licensing fees paid from inside of your account and any one-time service fees will be individually invoiced to initiate the project.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, we do not require a credit card for the 30-day trial. You can use as much as you like in the 30 days. If you do not upgrade, we will automatically downgrade you to the Starter plan.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You can upgrade at any time. <

What if I am migrating from another provider that is not listed?

No problem, we can migrate from any provider. Directly contact us at sales@apptivo.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

How are training & requirement sessions delivered?

All sessions will be delivered remotely via a free online screen-sharing tool, where you and your team can join. However, On-site services are available upon request.
