With so many other better software on the market with way cheaper price, monday.com price tag is just another problem for businesses.

A big concern for the mid-sized business owners is the expensive price tag linked with the monday.com. With so many project and task management software out in the market, monday.com doesn't offer anything new except for its costlier price tag.
Most of the features that they offer doesn't add any value and will never be used by a majority of the businesses. Just like a customer stated, "it's nice but not essential".
Many small companies with only a handful of employees, monday.com, more specifically it's price has become a nightmare. With their limited integrations and features, monday.com has become a distant want.

This pricing has become the most primary unfortunate flaw for monday.com. Even if people ignore the pricing and go ahead with Salesforce, sooner or later they’re gonna realize that it isn’t worth the risk or the money they’re pouring into it. Especially, for a software that has only a handful of third-party integrations and much-needed features.

One other simple yet annoying issue is that you cannot copy tasks. You have to either retype the entire task or duplicate and move. This is time-consuming and makes your life much more complicated than it already is.

Other missing features include recurring tasks, markup tools, and a general team discussion area that's unaffiliated with a particular task or board. Having the ability to set up a recurring task is not only important to teams, but also a time-saver. You can duplicate a task in monday.com very easily, but doing that every day or every week is a waste of time.
Like features and integrations, customers also look for the best Support in a software. A great customer support not only keeps the customer happy but also acts as a free marketing for any type of businesses.
“Customer support can be improved upon. I think it takes way too much time to get response on queries I send to the Monday customer support team.”
Modern support option like Live Chat missing. By the time customers get in touch via email with the support, they would’ve already entered into “frustration mode”. Customers have to wait a few days to get answers and by the time they do, it’s already too late.
"I've honestly had more problems than solutions when it comes to using monday, formerly known as dapulse. It was very visually pleasing, but that's as far as the benefits went."
