How do I Create Custom Opportunity Types?

Types are used to estimate the decision-making power of your opportunities. Apptivo Opportunities App allows the user to customize the opportunity types as per the business requirements. It's simple to create. The following steps will make it clearer.

Steps to Create Opportunities Types:

• Log in and access the Opportunities App from the universal navigation menu bar.

• Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings located at the app header bar.

• Go to the Opportunities dropdown. Select Types from the left navigation panel.

• Click on the Create button to create your customized opportunity types.

• You can view the Create Type popup, which provides:

• Name - Name of the opportunity type

• Description - Provide more information about the opportunity.

• Click on the Create button to complete.

• The created opportunity type will be added to the lists as shown below:

• You can also Edit or Disable the types by using their respective icons.
