Email a contact from the mobile app by following the below instructions.

Steps to Send an Email to a Contact

  1. Log in to mobile CRM. 
  2. Click on “CRM”, it drops down a set of CRM apps such as Leads, Contacts, Customers and Opportunities. 
  3. Choose “Contacts” from the list. 
  4. You can view Contacts App page. 
  5. Create a new contact or select an existing contact to send an email.

  6. Click on “Email” button.
    email sent successfully
