How can I give access to Users for Side Panel View in Recruitment App?

The Recruitment App of Apptivo allows you to utilize the privileges feature to limit the users who can access the records in the side panel view.

• “Log in” and access the Recruitment App from your universal navigation menu bar. Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.

• Click on “Actions” from the "Security" dropdown from the left navigation panel.

• Locate the Side Panel option and click on privileges dropdown.

• You can either select an existing privilege or click the "Create privilege" option present at the bottom of the privilege dropdown to create a new privilege.
• Create privilege pop up appears. Add the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add for the Side Panel View.

• Click on the "Create" button.

• After creating the privilege go to Employees App to give access to particular employees.

• Now, employee Nadia James has the selected privilege. Hence, she will be able to view the records in the Side Panel view in Recruitment App.
