Release Notes for March 18, 2017 – Marketing & Financial Management

In the March 18,2017 release, Apptivo delivers an effective update to all customers. The following list outlines the new features included in this release:

• The “From Address” and “Email Template” fields are made mandatory in Campaigns App.
• Auto Scheduling in Campaigns App.
• System Messages in Estimates App.
• Promotions App upgraded to V6.
• Properties App upgraded to V6.

Marketing Updates

Campaigns:

• Mandatory Fields– We have made the “From Address” and “Email Template” fields in the creation page of the Campaigns App as mandatory. If the above mentioned fields are not filled in, an error popup will be displayed, when trying to create a campaign.
  
• Auto Scheduling– We have added the “Auto Scheduling” feature in the Campaigns App. This allows you to launch campaigns in future automatically. That is, when you create a campaign, you have the option to select the desired date using calendar picker. Once it is scheduled, the campaign will be automatically launched on the scheduled time and date.
  

Promotions:

• Promotions App switched to Version 6.

Financial Management Updates

Estimates:

• System Messages– We have hooked up a bit addition on the System Messages in Estimates App. This allows you to personalize the message to be displayed, when doing activities in the estimates such as create, update and void. Supporting multi languages is an added advantage to this.
  

Properties:

• Properties App switched to Version 6.
