How do I create a timesheet?

Timesheets App allows you to log your working or worked hours. This application will also allow the role based access for approval process. You can track hours from different sources as follows:

Steps to Create a New Timesheet

  1. Log in and access Timesheets App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Create” and select “Create New Timesheet” option.

  3. Fill in the following details:
    • Employee Id and Employee name will be prepopulated.
    • Customer – Name of the customer. 
    • Start Date – Start date of the timesheet.
    • End Date – End date of the timesheet.
    • Approver – This will be pre populated as employee manager. (If the employee who submits the timesheet has no manager assigned to them, then the timesheet will automatically be approved).
    • Period – Timesheet period.
    • Task – Name of the task.
  4. Click on “+” button to add more tasks, if needed.

  5. Click on “Create” button to complete. And "Create and Submit" to submit the created timesheet.
  6. You can view the created timesheet as shown in the image below:

Note: You can set the timesheets to use hours and minutes or just minutes.
