How do I View Dispatch Calendar of Scheduled Work Orders?

You can view work orders conventionally under dispatch calendar, with the special consideration of an employee and also by a team. If the employee is added in the team then “By Employee” dispatches the work orders assigned to that team and to an employee. This dispatch calendar works on the basis of “Service Delivery Window” pertained details given at the time of creating Work Order.

Steps to View the Dispatch Calendar

  1. Log in and access Work Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "Dispatch Calendar" under "Lists" drop down located in the left navigation panel.

  3. If you want to view the calendar for an employee click on “By Employee”. Else if you want to view for the teams click on “By Team”.
  4. The dispatch calendar may pre populated with the work order which hold the service delivery window details such as service date, service start date and service end date.
  5. Click on the view button in Work Order pop to go to the Work Order overview page.
  6. You can also view the dispatch for a month, for a week or for a day.

What is the purpose of “add” button in dispatch calendar?

The dispatch calendar works in two ways, either it may pre populate the work order which holds the service details, or you can add the work order service details here itself.

  1. You can add the service window details for the particular work order by clicking "Add" button.

  2. Once you’ve clicked you would be listed with the existing work orders assigned to an employee and also to the teams.

  3. You  can search and select the work order of a particular employee or a team.
  4. Provide the service date and service hours for the selected employee work order.

  5. Now you could view the work order of the employee or team in a calendar.
