How to Assign Contact with Multiple Categories?

In case you need to assign multiple categories to a particular contact, its possible in Apptivo CRM. All that you need to do is select more than one category for an contact by enabling check boxes of the respective categories.

Steps to assign contact with multiple categories

  1. Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "Create" button from the left navigation panel.
  3. You can view "Create Contact" page as shown below. Start giving the details pertained to contact.
  4. In the “Categories” field, click on "Add" icon. The pop up appears you can select the multiple categories by enabling the check boxes.

  5. You can also create a new category by clicking on check box.
  6. Make sure to click the “Apply” button to add the selected categories.

Note: When importing contacts you could map up to ten (10) categories, it should not be exceeded.
