How do I Include Multi-currency for my Estimates?

Apptivo apps allow you to configure multiple currencies. You have to configure Currencies in Business Settings in order to enable multi-currency options for your Estimates.

Steps to Configure Currencies

  • Login to your Apptivo account and click on the Business Settings from the user menu.

  • Click on the Currencies on the left panel.
  • In the Currencies page, enable the Toggle to add the multiple currencies.

  • Click on the Create button and select a currency from the dropdown menu.

  • Add the conversion rate and enable the status.
  • The changes will get updated automatically.

Steps to include Multi-Currency in Estimates App

  • Once you have enabled and added the currencies, go to the Estimates app.
  • Click on the Create button from the left navigation panel. You can view the Multi-currency field on the creation page.

  • Click on Currency drop-down to choose your preferred country currency.
  • By default, all actions within the app will use the default currency of your territory. But our multi-currency feature allows you to interact with businesses in other regions by switching certain apps to use their currency.
