How do I create and manage Tasks in Mobile CRM App?

Apptivo's mobile crm app is one of the most advanced mobile task management systems available! In the app there are two places you can create a task from:

  1. Create tasks from home page.
  2. Creating tasks in specific mobile CRM app.

Adding tasks from home page

  1. Log in to mobile CRM.
  2. Click on “Tasks” from “Activities” section.

Creating tasks from specific app

  1. Log in to mobile CRM.
  2. Click on “CRM”, it displays a set of CRM apps such as Leads, Contacts, Customers and Opportunities.
  3. Choose “Leads” from CRM.
  4. You can view leads App page.
  5. Create a new lead or select an existing customer.
  6. Click on the "+" button in the upper right corner.
  7. Click on “Add Tasks” from right navigation panel to create tasks.
