How do I view unpaid orders?

The Orders App of Apptivo allows you to boost your order processing with improved customer satisfaction. You can also filter the orders that are unpaid. Let’s walk through the steps to view unpaid orders.

Steps to view Unpaid Orders

• Connect to your Apptivo account and go to the Orders App.

• Select Unpaid Orders from the left navigation panel view the orders that are unpaid.

• On clicking the More Details icon, you will be redirected to the overview page of a particular order.
