How do I Add Contacts in Project?

Steps to Add Contacts in Projects

  1. Log in and access Projects app from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “By Queue” and select “My Projects” from left navigation panel.

  3. Click on “More Details” icon to overview project information.
  4. Project overview page appears, navigate to “Team” tab. 
  5. In team tab, you can view “Customer Team” column, click on “Add Contact” button.

  6. "Add Contact" popup appears, in which select contact by clicking “Radio” icon and click on "Add" button.

  7. You can view "Add contacts" popup appears, as shown in the image below.

  8. Click on “Add” button, a warning popup appears for confirmation.
  9. Click on “Yes” button to complete.
