How do I view customers by territory?

As a sales personnel looking after a specific territory, you need to know how many customers you have belong to your territory, their preferences and tastes and so on.
For instance, consider you have a dedicated team who handle the customers of your territory. If you want certain users to handle the specific customers of your territory, you should give them the access privilege to view your customers. 

First, you need to configure “Views” in Customers settings in order to enable “By Territory” in Customers App home page.

Steps to View Customers by Territory

  1. Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “By Territory” drop down from left navigation panel.

  3. Select a territory from the drop down list. For instance: Australia 1.
    View By Territory
  4. Select customer check box to perform “Bulk Actions”.
  5. Click on More Details” icon to overview customer information.
  6. You can remove customers by clicking on  “Delete” Button, if needed.
