How to apply tags to my contacts?

Tags help you organize your contacts into groups such as "Business Contacts", "Special Membership", "High Value" etc.

You can add multiple tags to your contacts. When you create a contact, you can apply tags from creation page and also you can update the tags for existing contact.

Apply your tags to your Contacts

  1. Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Create” button from left navigation panel.

  3. Select your tag from “Tags” field as shown in the image below:Tags
  4. You are also allowed to choose multiple tags for your customer as shown in the image below:Adding Tag
