How to associate an email that has been already sent?

You can also associate a sent email with other objects such as leads, contacts, customers, etc.

Steps to associate an email

  • Log in to your account. Click on the “Emails” from the left navigation panel.

  • You can add the association for an email that has been already sent.
  • Select an email that you would like to associate with.

  • Click on the "Associated with" button and select the "Add New" option from the dropdown to associate.

  • Select a category from the "Related to" dropdown and click the "App name" under that category as shown in the below image.

  • Enter the text related to the app and click on the "Search" icon, then select an object which you want to associate from the list.

  • Now, the app has been associated with the email. You can view the association as shown in the image below:
Case Added
  • You can also remove the existing association from an email using the "Remove App". This allows you to permanently remove the association from the object, you cannot undo it.
  • Click on the "Remove App" option and click on the cancel icon to remove a particular association.
