How can I give access to users to import Opportunities?

Opportunities app allows you to provide access to the users who are deputed to import opportunities from the Opportunities app. The users who have been given privilege permission can access the “Import” button found in the “More” icon on the opportunities app header bar.

Steps to give permission to users

• Log in and access the Opportunities app from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.

• Click on “Actions” from the Security dropdown in the left navigation panel.

• Locate the “Import” option from the “Apps” section and click on the Privilege dropdown.
• You can either choose an existing privilege or click the "Create Privilege" option found at the bottom of the privilege dropdown to create a new privilege and assign it to employees.

• Here, we are creating a new privilege. Click the "Create Privilege" option found at the bottom of the Privilege dropdown.
• Create Privilege popup appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the import option.

• Click on the "Create" button.
• After creating the privilege, go to "Employees App" to give access to particular employees.

• Now, the employees who have the created privilege can access the Import feature from the App Header and carry out the import action.
