How can I give access to users for homepage activities in Opportunities App?

Opportunities App allows you to provide a privilege to the users to access the home page to perform specific activities in the Opportunities app. The users who have the privilege of home page access can use the “Home” button found in the app header bar of the opportunities.

Steps to give permission to users for homepage activities

• Log in and access the Opportunities App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.

• Click on “Actions” from the Security dropdown found in the left navigation panel.

• Locate the “Home” option from the “Apps” section and click on the Privilege dropdown. You can either choose an existing privilege or click the "Create privilege" option found at the bottom of the Privilege dropdown to create a new privilege and assign it to employees. Here, we are creating a new privilege.

• Create Privilege popup appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the homepage option.

• Click on the "Create" button.
• After creating the privilege go to Employees App to give access to particular employees.

• Now, the employees who have the selected privilege can access the Home icon and redirect to the home page.
