How do I Generate Expense reports by project?

Expense Reports app has many default standard reports. This report allows you to view the Expense Reports created for the projects. You can get a report for all the expenses created for particular projects as an expense report.

Steps to Generate the Expense Reports by project

  • Log in and access the Expense Reports from the Universal Menu.
  • Click on the Reports from the App Header.

  • You can view the "General" drop-down on the left panel.
  • Select Expense Reports by Project from the drop-down.

  • Provide the following information:
    • Project Name - Search and select the existing Project.
    • Start Date - Start date.
    • End Date - End date.
  • Click on the search option in the Project name.

  • Select the project from the List.

  • Add the start and end date and click on the View Report.
View Report

  • You can also export the report by clicking the Export Button.
Export

  • You can download the report with the attachments as a Zip file. You can extract and view the reports with the attachments.

  • Without Attachments will get downloaded as.CSV file.
