How do I create note on Notes tab for contacts?

Its always wise to write the additional details about your contacts on the Notes Tab. This will help in the long run. The reason is when the contacts are handed over to someone new, he will get the clear picture about the client he is handling.

From the Contact’s overview, you can quickly add a note without navigating through the page. Just enter your note in the rich text editor that appears on the side panel view of the contact's overview page.

The following steps will show how to create notes.

To Create Note in Quick View

  1. Select the Contact you want to add note from the list of contacts from Contacts App

  2. Click on “Add Note” icon found at the upper right corner.

  3. Enter the description on the rich text editor.

  4. Click on “Add” button to add the entered text to that contact.

To Create Note in Full View

  1. Select the Contact you want to add note from the list of contacts from Contacts App.
  2. Click on “More” icon to view the contact in detailed view.

  5. Enter the description on rich text editor and click on "create" button.

What is notification details

 There are three toggle action buttons, Share with customer, assignees, and others. These buttons allow you to share the created note via email, to Assignee(s), Customer, and others.
  • The Assignee(s) option allows you to send the created note via email to assignee(s) of this contact.
  • The Customer option allows you to send the created note via email to customer email address.
  • The Others option allows you to send the created note via email to specified email address when prompted.
