How to Apply Template on Note Creation?

In Case App, the option notes is mostly used to provide a log of changes and updates made in the system. Templates allow a user to setup pre-defined messages and that can be added while creating the notes. Lets quickly walk through the same to get a clear picture.

Steps to Apply Templates in Cases App

  1. Log in and access Notes app from left navigation panel of the home dashboard.
    Create Notes
  2. Click on “Create” button.
  3. You can view the “Create note” popup on Notes dashboard.
    Select Template
  4. Click on “Templates” drop down to select the template which is pre-defined.

  5. Click on “Create” button to complete.
