How do I allow users to schedule a followup to a campaign?

Campaigns App allows you to provide access to the users who are reputed to "Schedule Follow up" to campaigns.

The permission to access the schedule follow up can be provided only by the super-user(Admin). The users(Employees) who have the privilege for this access, can use the Schedule Follow Up option found in the overview page of campaigns.

Steps to Allow Users to Schedule Followup Campaigns

  • Log in and access Campaigns App from your universal navigation menu.
  • Click on the “More (...)” icon and select “Settings”.

  • Click on “Actions” from the "Security" drop-down from the left navigation panel.
  • Locate the “Schedule Follow Up” option and click on privileges dropdown.
  • Click the "Create privilege" option found at the bottom of the privilege dropdown.

  • Create privilege pop up appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the “Schedule Follow Up” option.
  • Click on the "Create" button.

  • After creating the privilege, go to Employees App to give access to a particular employee.

Access
  • Now, the employee who has the privilege to schedule follow up can schedule the follow up for the campaign. In their login, the “Schedule Follow Up” button will be visible as shown in the image below:
