How do I set up Custom Views in Estimates?

A custom view is a feature that allows you to search and filter a list of estimates, then select the columns you want and save a shortcut for later. This view feature is standard, but the views can filter and display any custom fields that configure for your business.

  • If you want to view more estimates information, you need to select fields from “Display” field.
  • You can save your custom view of estimates information for your future reference in “My Views".

Steps to create my views in Estimates App

  1. Log in and access Estimates App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on the “Advanced Search” down arrow in the simple search field at the app header bar.

  3. Click on “Search” icon at the bottom. For instance: the customer name is “James Mark”.
  4. You can view the search result as shown below:

  5. Click on ”Overview” drop down in “Display” field. Now, select the fields you would like to view in a table format.

  6. Click on “Save as View” blue button.

  7. The Save as View popup will be displayed. Specify the following:
    • View Name - Name of the view.
    • Share with other users - Toggle “ON” to share with other users, if needed.

  8. Click on “Save” button.

To View the Custom Views

  1. Click on “My Views” from the left navigation panel on Estimates Dashboard.

  2. You can view the created view, as shown in the image below:
