Why do I receive an Email from Apptivo with mailing address noreply@apptivo.com?

A big concern over acquiring and retaining customers is providing secured email deliverability. Apptivo takes utmost care to prevent your emails from being landed in the Spam or Junk folders of your customer, due to authorization problems. To ensure that all your emails are sent to the “Inbox”, you are required to update the SPF and DKIM records for your domains to authorize the mail server.

Note: Apptivo does not provide the option to launch Campaign Emails from free email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and more. The solution for this is to use an email address that uses your domain. Also, you must update SPF/DKIM to launch Campaign Emails from your own domain.

To enable the SPF and DKIM for private domains, take a look at the below steps.

You'll need to add SPF and DKIM records; else emails will not be sent from your domain without valid SPF and DKIM records. To fix this, update the setting on your domain.

You must create/update both your SPF TXT and DKIM keys within your DNS records settings to ensure emails are correctly delivered from Apptivo.

For instance: If your domain provider is GoDaddy, then Update DNS records in your GoDaddy account.

Once you have added the appropriate SPF and DKIM records in your email service provider, you can check if your SPF and DKIM keys are updated correctly.

If SPF/DomainKeys record are not authenticated in your Apptivo firm, then the emails will be sent using default mailing address unless and until you authenticate. Find the default mailing address below:

From address: "noreply@apptivo.com"

Reply-to address: Sender Email address

We are taking a step ahead and ensuring that your email will never go unnoticed. Please make sure to update SPF and DKIM key from your end.
